For urgent faults (no power, burning smell, safety concern), we aim to respond the same day. For non-urgent issues, we can typically attend within 1-2 working days. Call or WhatsApp us and we will give you an honest timeframe.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No hidden call-out fees. We provide a clear quote for the diagnostic work before we start. If the fault is straightforward and we can fix it on the same visit, we will quote the repair at the same time.

What if the fault is more serious than expected?

We always explain what we find before carrying out any additional work. If the fault leads to a larger job (e.g. a partial rewire or consumer unit replacement), we will quote that separately so you can make an informed decision.

Do you work on old wiring?

Yes. We regularly work on older properties with dated wiring systems. If the wiring is beyond economical repair, we will recommend the best course of action -- whether that is a targeted repair or a more comprehensive upgrade.

Will I get a certificate?

If the repair involves notifiable work (e.g. replacing a circuit, adding protection), you will receive the appropriate electrical certificate. For simple repairs, we provide a written summary of the fault and the work carried out.
